  • Create complete day of itinerary and share with vendors

  • Design assistance with overall colors/theme

  • Final meeting with client

  • Confirm all vendors and arrival times

  • Discuss wedding ceremony and musical selections

  • Design lineup of wedding party and cueing

  • Direct rehearsal

  • Discuss ceremony duties with wedding party

  • Review wedding day itineraries

  • Provide detailed itinerary to family members

DAY - OF - EVENT

​

  • Oversee vendor arrival/set up and check in of all rentals

  • Serve as main point of contact for vendors

  • Ensure décor is set according to plan

  • Distribute any remaining payments/gratuities to vendors

  • Access to emergency kit
